Where can I purchase your tea?

All of our tea and products are available online in our shop. We currently do not have a brick and mortar.

 

Where do you get your teas from?

We blend about 25% of our teas ourselves, the rest of our teas are blended by professional blenders.

 

 

Can I sell your teas in my shop?

Of course!! We would love to provide your shop with our teas, whether you are a coffee shop looking to sell some loose leaf tea, or a retail shop wanting to sell our tins. Please contact us for more info.

 

 

 

How can I start a fundraiser?

One of our main goals for our business, other than selling delicious tea, is to partner up with different people and organizations to help raise money for their cause. Please go to our fundraising page for more info.

How do I get free shipping?

All orders above $49 qualify for free shipping.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Most definitely! We offer a couple ways to checkout using your credit card.

  1. Payment with credit card directly from our site is done using Stripe which is one of the most trusted payment processing companies out there.
  2. If you don’t feel comfortable using Stripe, you may be more familiar with PayPal. If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s own payment processing page, then redirected back to our site. PayPal is the leader in processing online payments and has been for years.

We also keep your personal information safe and secure by utilizing SSL (secure Socket Layers) encryption technology.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email that includes a tracking number from USPS.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days, and normally take anywhere from 2-7 business days during shipping.

Tea FAQ

When does your tea expire?

Technically, tea does not expire, but it will eventually lose flavor. We give our teas around 18-24 months before we label them as “expired”.

 

How many times can I re steep my tea?

Many of our teas can be re steeped. Each steep will offer its own unique flavor profile. You should however, re steep your tea within an hour of your initial steep. Re steeping is not usually recommended for tisane (herbal) teas.

 

 

How much caffeine does tea have compared to coffee?

In general, a brewed cup of tea has about 1/3 to 1/2 the caffeine of a cup of coffee. A cup of coffee has about 100-120 mg per 8 ounces. Most teas fall between 20-50 mg per 8 ounces.

How should I store my tea?

Tea should be stored in a dry, airtight container, and away from the sunlight. All of our tea is offered in an airtight tin which will help keep your tea for a long period of time. We also offer tea tins for sale that you can use to store your tea.
