Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping method
All orders within the Contiguous United States are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $49 ship for $5.
- Orders over $49 (before tax and shipping) qualify for FREE shipping via USPS.
Estimated delivery time
Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.
During peak seasons (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or other high-volume times), please allow a few extra days for both processing and delivery.
Check Your Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the exact address entered at checkout. If an incorrect or outdated address is provided and the package is marked as “delivered” by USPS, we are not able to refund or replace the order.
Delivered, Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages marked as delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your home and with household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local post office to inquire about the delivery.
- Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for its location or condition.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS.
Delays Due to Shipping Carriers
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays, weather, or high mail volumes. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
