Relaxation Tea Recipe
We are currently in transition of some packaging. Only our boxes and sample pouches have been updated. Our Refill pouches and 1 lb pouches are still old packaging.
Add 4 cups of Chamomile tea, 2 cups of Lemongrass, 1 cup of Peppermint, 1 cup of Ginger and optionally add 1/2 – 1 cup of Lavender flower to a stainless steel bowl.
Blend tea and spices together using hands or stirring spoon, or if you have a lid to the bowl, you can shake to blend.
This herbal tea recipe helps reduce stress and relax after a long day.
