OUR COMMUNITY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Little Prayer Tea Company was created not only to sell tea, but to serve people. We strongly believe that prayer can heal, comfort, connect and so much more, but we also wanted to create an opportunity to help people in a tangible way.
How It Works
Please fill out our fundraising form below. We will look at your fundraising request and decide if we would be a good match. If you are accepted for fundraising, we will email you with what comes next. Unfortunately, we cannot accept all applicants and there will only be a few chosen out of many.
Little Prayer Tea Company will add a custom story and prayer describing your fundraiser on up to 2 teas of your choosing. 75% of the profit will go towards your fundraiser. Each fundraiser will run for one month unless we agree to other terms.
As much as we would like to start a fundraiser for everyone, we have to be very selective about who we fundraise for. Your fundraiser may not have been selected for a number of reasons, some of which may be included in the following:
- We currently may not have the time or resources to start your fundraiser
Before your fundraiser begins, we send you an email via Google Wallet that requests the bank account where you would like the funds to be dispersed. At the end of each month, we will disperse your funds to that said bank account.
Little Prayer Tea Company gives 75% of the profit made to the recipient of your fundraiser. This profit is calculated by adding all the products sold under your fundraiser, subtracting the costs of the goods sold, and then subtracting 25%.
For example: You sell 5 tea tins at $15 each for a total of $75. Let’s say the costs of the goods sold (the original wholesale price of the tea, the tin the tea is contained in, the label on the tin, the packaging, and shipping) is $15. We then subtract $15 from $75 to equal $60, then we subtract 25% of $60 which is $15 to finally equal $45 which will then be dispersed to the bank account of your choosing.
Anyone in the Contiguous United States can apply to start a fundraiser. Keep in mind, we only select a small amount of applicants.
